As the retail heartbeat, The Shops at City View will bring 35,000 square feet of thoughtfully curated retail and restaurant space. Strategically located at the intersection of Park Avenue and Almaden Boulevard, this vibrant retail hub, designed by architects DES, will complement the 15,000 square feet of street level retail located in Jay Paul Company’s dynamic office development, 200 Park. The two developments combined will supply over 50,000 square feet of retail space to downtown San Jose.

The Village at City View
An innovative residential conversion of a former office campus, offering 326 new, high-quality residential units ranging in size from studios to three-bedrooms. In addition to high-end residential interiors, the buildings will undergo comprehensive seismic and core system upgrades, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz (SCB) architects.

The Offices at City View
150 Almaden, a 15-story, 204,000 square foot Class A office building, thoughtfully modernized for today’s high-tech workforce. A renovated lobby with a sleek, contemporary design, upgraded building systems and the addition of premium tenant amenities, including a state-of-the-art conference center and fully equipped fitness center. This is a complement to the state of the art 200 Park development across the street and both are the only offices in San Jose to provide tenants with parking at three per thousand.
